Non-Member Use of Equipment
NON-SSV TENNIS CLUB MEMBER REQUEST FORM
FOR USE OF TENNIS EQUIPMENT STORED IN THE BALL ROOMS
The SSV Tennis Club facilities are available to all residents year round. The Club (per HOA and the SSV Tennis Club Bylaws) manages the facilities, handles maintenance and repair, and trains users of any special equipment. Club Members have been trained in the operation of the mechanized equipment (ball machine & amp; ball mower). This training authorizes their HOA access control FOB/phone app to open the ball rooms.
Any Non-Member SSV Resident may request access to the ball room equipment through a request to the Tennis Club. The Club will arrange a training session with one of three designated trainers to certify the individual on correct operation of the equipment. The trainer will forward the certification form to the Tennis Club Secretary to log and make the request to the HOA Office to activate the resident’s fob/phone app.
